We can offer You various seasonal fruits all around the year from our lovely Finca in Otivar, Province of Granada, Andalusia. The valley is called “Rio Verde” because it is all year-long
very green and has very fertile soil, and this reduces the quantity of fertilizers needed. Those which we use are specially developed for ecologic farming.

All our trees and plants are carefully taken care of as we are academic professionals in the field of gardening and agriculture. Stefan is additionally educated as a classical homeopath and we use homeopathic products instead of insecticides. We are happy to consult with You about this kind of treatment if You have problems in Your garden.

On our Finca we have our own well coming out of the mountain with fresh and cold water. It is stored in a deposit to nourish our trees and provide for our house. About 50% of the land stays barren, as a natural home for all kinds of animals: birds, bats, snakes, spiders, lizards, chameleons, bees, wasps, ants, butterflies, and a lot more of insects. Many trees have a bottle of pheromone trap. We use specific pheromones to attract and catch dangerous species, like the processionary caterpillar and the fruit flies.
 

Thanks to our 4 cats and Lara-doggy we do not need to care about rodents.
